本隐私政策适用于由NEARBYNET TECHNOLOGIES LTD（以下简称"服务提供商"）创建的华人在线移动应用程序（以下简称"应用程序"）。本服务按"原样"提供。

This privacy policy applies to the 华人在线 app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by NEARBYNET TECHNOLOGIES LTD (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like them to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at [email protected] and they will respond in a reasonable time.
